Alternate parking rules car owners in NYC!

A friend got a ride to LaGuardia airport at 6:00 AM today. Reason. I had to move my car. We sped off from the UWS of Manhattan through Central Park to the FDR, crossed the Triborough Bridge into Queens, circled through the LaGuardia departing flights lane, leaving friend at Southwest, then back on Grand Central Parkway to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway headed to Park Slope in Brooklyn. Traffic was soon to be a nightmare but I was on the crest of the wave. I surfed into Brooklyn and then headed deeper to Park Slope. I parked at the entrance of one my favorite subway stops. It was now just before 7:00 and I headed down the stairway, through the turnstile and was singing on the F platform at 7th Av and 9th St by 7:00. I had a great morning and then packed it up at 11:00. I sped back to the BQE, exited at Humbolt, sped through Queens, crossed the Queensborough Bridge back into Manhattan, headed up 3rd Ave, crossed through Central park once again on 86th St until I reached Riverside drive and headed back to the same space I left at 6:00 AM. It was now 12:00 PM and I pulled in to the space I left earlier just as the street sweeper was cleaning up my parking space. Alternate parking rules my life.
